This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Weasy Go (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Weasy Go mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Description of the Service
Weasy Go helps you plan and manage trips, split and track expenses and receipts, organize shared photo albums, and collaborate with friends and travel companions.
Some features require an account and an active internet connection, and certain features are available only through a paid subscription.
Accounts
To use certain features, you may sign in using a phone number, email address, or a supported third-party sign-in provider such as Apple or Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following terms apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice where required by law or the applicable app store.
Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with its terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
User Content
The App may allow you to upload, store, and share content such as photos, receipts, notes, and trip details ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant the Company a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you and the people you choose to share it with.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and share it.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Intellectual Property
The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content excluding User Content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Company's trademarks or other brand features.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including app store providers, authentication providers such as Apple and Google, subscription management, and analytics or messaging services.
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for third-party services.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to such processing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this Agreement will end, and you must stop using and delete the App.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Apple App Store Additional Terms
This Agreement is between you and the Company only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will, where applicable, refund the purchase price of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
